Herdessence Refund & Return Policy

At Herdessence, we craft each product with care, sustainability, and your delight in mind. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and satisfied with your experience.  We want you to love your Herdessence purchase!

All items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and if items aren’t returned in their original condition, the buyer covers any loss in value.

Non-refundable items: scent samples, downloadable PDFs, body care products, and customized kits.
